Forecast Updated 7:59 AM MONDAY

Below average temperatures will continue as we start a new work week. Another system will bring a chilly rainfall early this week with a slow warming trend for this weekend.

Mostly cloudy skies will turn partly cloudy this afternoon. Even with a little sunshine temperatures will struggle in the lower 40s. Winds will be much lighter today in the 5-10 MPH range.

Tonight lows will drop close to freezing in the lower 30s. Clouds will increase ahead of our next low pressure system.

Rain is in the forecast tomorrow with cloudy skies all day long. It will be a damp and chilly day with temperatures just warm enough for a cold rain. A few snowflakes may mix in north of highway 8 from time to time. Highs will hold in the lower 40s.

Looking ahead, we will slowly start to warm up later this weekend into this weekend. With the middle to upper 50s returning Friday into this weekend. Another system will increase rain chances mainly for the second half of this weekend.
