Scattered showers (and a few rumbles of thunder) will continue into early Wednesday morning. Light snow showers will mix in from time to time. A light, slushy snow accumulation is possible. The faucet will turn off Wednesday afternoon through Friday morning before another long duration rain event moves in over the weekend.

Cloudy, breezy and cool with scattered rain and snow showers tonight. The north wind will gust near 30 MPH as air temperatures hover in the low to middle 30s.

A few showers will linger into tomorrow morning. Mostly cloudy and breezy through the afternoon. Highs in the low 40s will be common with a north breeze around 10 MPH.

Looking ahead, Thursday will win best weather day of the week. High pressure will lock in providing plenty of sunshine, no wind and highs near 50°.

Increasing clouds Friday morning will kick off the start of a series of weather systems. Unlike last weekend, we'll keep it rain this time around with high temperatures mainly in the upper 50s over the weekend.
