FORECAST UPDATED 6:15 AM FRIDAY

We have cloudy skies and areas of fog & mist out there to start folks, but sunshine starts to work through the clouds late morning and goes full force for the afternoon. A Pacific-origin atmosphere coupled with sun and southwest to south breezes at 5-15 mph help send temperatures into the upper 30s by day's end.

Mostly clear skies are in store for tonight as readings drop back into the upper teens for overnight lows. Patchy areas of dense fog are possible late especially south & west of Rhinelander.

Any low clouds or patchy areas of fog should disappear quickly tomorrow morning and the mercury is off to the races. Unlimited sunshine for most hours locally helps push readings into the low to, perhaps, mid 40s before all is said and done.

Sunday looks a bit cooler yet still well above normal in the upper half of the 30s. High clouds can filter sunshine as we go along.

A cooler occasion is expected on Monday with highs probably coming up just shy of 30 degrees. Mostly cloudy skies are anticipated.

Tuesday sees a mix of sun & clouds help encourage temps to rebound back into the lower half of the 30s.

Wednesday appears mild in the mid to upper 30s. A slight chance for a rain or snow shower exists but no great amounts of moisture are in the forecast.

Thursday retains a low-end chance for a few flurries or snow showers. Depending on temperatures, a few raindrops once again could mix in for some locations. Highs will be in the lower half of the 30s.

MAKE it a GREAT day!
