Wausau - It looks like a fun day in the snow, but for Keith Letarski this event means more.

"I wouldn't be doing as well as I am without the activity I'm doing; much less the people I'm around," said Letarski.

A few years ago, Keith was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. Since then, he's taken to exercise to slow down its effects.

"There's Rock Steady Boxing, which is a nationwide program for Parkinson's," said Letarski about his experiences. "Previously, a few years ago, I joined a hiking group that hikes Rib Mountain."

Now, Keith is trying his hand at something new. The Ironbull Adventure Challenge, a mix of running, hiking, biking, and even sledding. An event Keith hopes can help inspire others living with the disease.

"Get out and find people to do some things with, keep active, do what you can," said Letarski. "It doesn't have to be to the level that I do, but any movement you can do of your ability, you'll be able to improve and build off of that."
