Northwoods - Some great basketball took place in the Northwoods! 

In Tomahawk, the Hatchets hosted the Tigerton Tigers. Game was close in the first half but the Tigers come away with the victory 44-33. Three Lakes continues to dominate teams. Blue Jays beat Crivitz 66-13 at home. Rhinelander was also at home hosting Ashland. Hodags defeat the Oredockers 56-43. Rhinelander's Rebecca Lawrence was able to score her 1,000th career point in the first half. 

The Crandon boys basketball team hosted Marawood Conference opponent Rib Lake. This game was back-and-forth the whole way but Rib Lake pulls away at the end 53 to 43. Moving to the Great Northern Conference, Mosinee hosted Antigo. Red Robins can't get it done on the road, Mosinee wins 80-44. Conference leader Medford hosting Lakeland Union. Red Raiders take down the Thunderbirds 61-38. 

In boys hockey, Rhinelander was at home against Medford. Hodags scored five goals in the first period and never look back. Rhinelander defeats Medford 13-1.
