Movie Monday Film Review: 'Frozen 2'
NORTHWOODS - Elsa the Snow Queen has an extraordinary gift -- the power to create ice and snow. SHAWANO COUNTY - A vehicle crash claimed the life of one person in Shawano County on Tuesday.

According to the press release, around six on Tuesday evening, the Shawano County Sheriff's office responded to a call in Wittenberg at County Trunk Q near Cardinal Lane.

A preliminary investigation found that  the 48-year-old male driver crossed over into oncoming traffic, hitting another vehicle head on.

The 83-year-old driver was in stable condition, but the 82-year-old died at the hospital.

Alcohol does not seem to be factor and the crash remains under investigation.

MADISON - The Wisconsin Elections Commission voted Wednesday to mail absentee ballot applications to most voters in the battleground state ahead of November's presidential election.

The vote came just a week after the panel split 3-3 along partisan lines on whether to mail the forms to nearly all registered voters, even if they hadn't requested one. Democrats favored the broad mailing, while Republicans were opposed.
