Plans for Eagle River dog park in the works
EAGLE RIVER - People living in Eagle River could see a dog park sometime in the near future.

"It'll take some work to get it done, but I think in the long run, once it's done it'll be very good for the community and it'll be very well used," said Ron Kressin, who's leading the project.

Recently, the city council approved to form an ad hoc committee to look into getting the dog park.

"We haven't picked a location yet, but we're also trying to get the word out early that we're looking for volunteers," said Kressin.

If you're looking to help with the project you can call City Hall or call Kressin at 715-337-2091.
