green bay - Authorities released more details about the fatal shooting in Kewaunee County.

38-year-old Luis Cardona pulled 40-year-old Babette Caraballo into his vehicle as she was arriving to work at Hansen Foods. Cardona's vehicle was later located by law enforcement and a swat team was called in.

Sheriff Matt Joski said Cardona shot Caraballo, and then a deputy fatally shot Cardona.
Caraballo is hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. Her CEO says they're praying for her.

"Very dedicated, very reliable individual, cares about her job," Caraballo's boss Michael Fechter told the media. "For us as an organization we are certainly wishing and praying for a safe return. That's first and foremost out of anything else."

Cardona was jailed back in October for taking Caraballo from her place of employment. He was later released on bond under the condition to have no contact with her.
The division of criminal investigation is looking into Tuesday's shooting.
