1.5 lbs. skirt steak
3 bunches cilantro (stems removed)
1 bunch parsley (stems removed)
10 dashes red wine vinegar
5 cloves garlic
¼ c oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients (except steak) in the bowl of a food processor and blitz until smooth. Marinate steak overnight setting aside about 1/4c of the marinade. Grill until desired doneness.
