MADISON - The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported the second highest COVID-19 case total with 12,305 new cases of COVID-19.

The seven-day average also rose to 9,696.

Two new deaths were also reported, bringing the cumulative total to 10,382.

Vilas, Oneida, Lincoln, Langlade and Adams counties are reporting case activity in the "very high" range. This means that  the case rate is between 350 and 1,000 cases per 100,000 people. Price, Marathon, Wood and Portage counties are reporting case activity at critically high levels. This means that the case rate is more than 1,000 cases per 100,000 people.
