Never Forget - A Call to Honor, Remember and Pray

Never Forget - A Call to Honor, Remember and Pray

09/11/2021 - 9:11 am
Event Location: Pioneer Park, Rhinelander

2021 marks the 20th anniversary of the tragic events that shook the United States on September 11, 2001. On Saturday, September 11, the community is invited to come together at 9:11 am at Pioneer Park in Rhinelander to honor our heroes, remember the events of 9/11 and pray for America. This event will be held “rain or shine” – participants may want to bring a lawn chair. This is not a political event.

Event organizer, Pastor Rod Ankrom (Calvary Baptist Church, Rhinelander) commented: “Twenty years ago, we promised to ‘never forget’ – twenty years later, our nation stands in desperate need. We are hoping that people can take a brief time to gather and pray for our nation.” For more information, please call 715.362.4792 or go to ExploreCalvary.com.
