Associated Bank donates $750 to Flambeau Hospital Ambulance Service Submitted: 05/15/2019
PARK FALLS - People needing emergency help in and around Park Falls will benefit from a donation via Associated Bank.

The bank announced Wednesday it gave the Flambeau Hospital Ambulance Service $750.  The service will use the money to buy automatic blood pressure cuffs and pulse machines.

The money came through Associated Bank's volunteer grant program, which allows employees who volunteer 50 or more hours in a year to give $250 to a non-profit of their choice.

Megan Schauer, Cindy Bodoh, and Melissa Sarver all chose to give their grants to the Flambeau Hospital Ambulance Service.

"The EMTs are local heroes of the community and have saved many lives," Sarver, the Mercer and Park Falls branch manager, wrote.

The Flambeau Hospital Ambulance Service is based in Park Falls and has an Advanced EMT license level, according to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services website.
