2 cup flour
2 Tbsps sugar
4 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbsp fat (butter, coconut oil, veg. oil)
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2-2 c milk
Combine dry ingredients, mix well. In another bowl mix the wet ingredients together using only 1 1/2 cups milk. Add to the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. Lumps are just fine
If too thick, thin out with remaining milk. Dry by the ladleful onto a hot griddle or pan cook, flipping once.
