To recognize that special someone or a co-worker who will soon be celebrating a birthday please complete the birthday submission form below. (All forms must be completed and submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the person's birthday to be included in the Newswatch 12 Birthday Club segment). Birthday graphics that announce the birthday person's name and photo will air at approximately 6:25 daily.

Each Mon-Fri one lucky person whose birthday was featured that day will win a birthday gift of a 1/2 gallon container of Minocqua Popcorn filled with the flavor of their choosing (excluding the chocolate varieties, however they can choose one of the chocolate varieties for an upcharge of $2.00) from The Minocqua Popcorn Company.
