BOULDER JUCTION - Friday nights at one Boulder Junction fish fry spot keep the owners busy, even in the winter!

Kevin and Laurel Gutjahr own and work at Gooch's A-One Bar and Grill in Boulder Junction.

"Gooch" makes drinks and Laurel is a waitress.

Serving 300 fish plates in the summer is common for Gooch's, but the winter stays busy, too.

"People enjoy it. I have a lot of great customers that come in. Especially in the Northwoods, you have your regulars and then the people that show up at times, year in and year out," says Gooch.

Cod is the fan-favorite, but the couple says it's the wide variety of Northwood's fish like Northern Pike and Walleye that keeps people coming back.

"Everybody goes to certain places for certain things. I think ours is different than other peoples and I think that is a nice variety to have," says Laurel.

You can get Friday Fish fry all day at Gooch's.
