RACINE COUNTY - A Racine District Attorney admitted he drove drunk.

Rich Chiapete says he was coming home from a birthday party where he had a few drinks.

He got in a single car crash on his way home.

Chiapete then left the crash.

He got tickets for driving drunk and the crash.

Chiapete says he's ashamed and embarrassed for his actions.

He also said he's working on gaining trust back with his community.
