ATHENS - A drug arrest in Wausau led police to a pot growing operation in Athens worth a

It all started with a local delivery company. They told police about a
suspicious package.

That lead to the arrest of Bryan Arnold in Wausau on February 6th.

Police found nearly five pounds of marijuana at his home at 806 Steuben Street.
They also found several thousand dollars in cash. According to a Marathon County
Sheriff's Department press release Arnold had his initial appearance in court on
February 10, 2014.

The investigation also lead police to a home in rural Athens.

Police found 727 marijuana plants, pot growing equipment and several thousand
dollars there.

According to a press release, drug related charges are pending towards the
