WESTON - This probably sounds worse than it is.

But a driver survived a horrific rollover crash.

It happened aournd 7:30 this morning near the intersection of Schofield Avenue and Alderson Street.

Everest Metro police told us there was only one person involved in this accident.

The driver lost control of his Toyota Tacoma truck as he drove eastbound on Schofield Avenue.

Police say he hit the median first, then the traffic light, a cement flower pot and then a light pole before the car rolled over.

The driver was taken to Ministry St. Clare's Hospital in Weston with minor injuries.

The crash is still under investigation.
