Suspects in custody after high speed chaseSubmitted: 09/23/2013

MARATHON COUNTY - Three people led police on a high speed chase in Marathon County.

It started Sunday shortly before 9:30 a.m.

A Rosholt police officer tried to stop a car that was wanted after an incident in Plover.

Marathon County Sheriff's Deputies then became involved.

They followed the car through the eastern part of Marathon County.

The car eventually crashed into several trees in Ringle.

No injuries were reported.

The suspects' names have not yet been released.

LINCOLN COUNTY - A Wausau man needed to go to the hospital after an ATV crash in Lincoln County.

Deputies and firefighters were called to the Town of Harrison Saturday afternoon about 1:15.

A 40-year-old Wausau man had been hurt in an ATV crash on County Highway B near Ski Hill Road.

The man was brought to Saint Mary's Hospital in Rhinelander, where he was listed in good condition as of Sunday night.
