Story By Ryan Michaels

RHINELANDER - The School District of Rhinelander welcomed a new staff member earlier this week.

Kelly Huseby will be the district's new principal at Crescent Elementary School.

Teri Maney left that position earlier this year to fill the district's Director of Instruction opening.

Huseby worked with the Rhinelander School District before. From 1995 to 2000 she was the lead teacher involved in keeping students up to date with reading and math skills.

Huseby then took a job with the School District of Tomahawk as the director of instruction, associate middle school principal, and reading coordinator.

Huseby says she is happy to be back and is enthusiastic about her new leadership role. She starts next Monday.
