Convicted felon on run from Lincoln Co. Sheriff's DeputiesSubmitted: 05/15/2013
Story By Lane Kimble

MERRILL - Ask yourself if you've seen this man. 36-year-old Christopher Meindel is on the run. Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies want to catch him.

Meindel was convicted of making and selling methamphetamine. He had been living on probation in Merrill.

Meindel went in for a regular meeting with his parole agent yesterday. When asked to provide a urine sample, Meindel refused and ran away.

Police think he might have cut off his electronic monitoring bracelet. He might have fled to the Baraboo area where he was traveling for work.

If you have any information about Meindel's location, please call the Lincoln County Crime Stoppers anonymous tipline at 715-536-3726.
