Northland Pines SB scrimmages Marathon in Gym
EAGLE RIVER - Area baseball and softball teams have been stuck indoors because of all the snow.

Friday night, Northland Pines softball hosted a scrimmage against Marathon. It was of course played in the Gym.

You can only do so much in a gym, not to mention having the ceiling to deal with. But everyone is glad to actually play some resemblance of a game.

"To not be outside is pretty difficult for us," says Pines senior Samantha Norman. "But to actually get the feel of playing a game, and playing against someone else... feels good for all of us."
