Snowshoer found dead on Rib MountainSubmitted: 03/13/2013

WAUSAU - A man died while snowshoeing in Marathon County.

The Marathon County Sheriff's department confirmed a 49 year old man was found last night in Rib Mountain State Park.

They were called shortly after seven.

He was prounced dead at a local hospital.

Foul play is not suspected, althought the cause of death has not yet been determined.
