Story By The Associated Press

WASHBURN - An Indiana man died in a snowmobile accident in northern Wisconsin this weekend.

26-year-old Justin Charles Mulder died in Bayfield County after he made a bad turn on his snowmobile.

The crash happened about 3 p.m. Sunday. He left the road and crashed into a wooded area.

The DNR says speed and alcohol are believed to be factors.

That brings the number of deadly snowmobile crashes to 16 this snowmobiling season.

There were 10 all of last year.
