It was a 'Grand' Night for Crandon Hoops
CRANDON - In high school sports, we see many outstanding performances...but tonight, was a grand occasion in Crandon.

It was all about Kory Kincaid. To get to 1,000 points, number 14 needed to score 14.

Kincaid was on a mission. Early on, he creates the steal, gets the pass and lays it in to put Crandon on the board.

Then with his confidence building,he pulls up and drains it from beyond the arc. And later, some great passing from his teammates and he makes the shot. Kory scored the Cardinals first 3 buckets.

In the second, was the special moment. Kincaid drives to the hoop and lays it in to give him 1,000 points. The game was stopped for a moment to recognize his accomplishment and congratulate him. Even more impressive, Kory is only a junior. Tonight he finished with 24 points.

By the way, Crandon beat Elcho, 68-34 the final.
