Rhinelander Chamber Wants Your Business of the Year NominationsSubmitted: 01/10/2013
Story By Lyndsey Stemm

RHINELANDER - You can help choose the best businesses in Rhinelander. The Chamber of Commerce wants your nominations for Business of the Year.

Every January the chamber holds its annual dinner. For the second year the Chamber is honoring outstanding local businesses.

"We award four different awards. We have three businesses of the year awards and one community volunteer award. There are three different categories for the businesses. It's either retail, tourism or professional business. Those are the different categories we have for the chamber members," says Executive Director Lara Reed.

Anyone in the community can make a nomination. The volunteer award does not have to go to a chamber member, they just have to be someone making a positive impact in the community.

The chamber is accepting nominations through Friday.
