One Dead in Woodruff House FireSubmitted: 11/21/2012

WOODRUFF - A house fire in Woodruff this afternoon leaves one person dead.

The fire started at 9754 Norway Lane around 1:40 p.m. Woodruff and Minocqua fire departments had the fire out within minutes.

There was no one else in the house at the time.

Police aren't identifying the victim until family has been notified.

MADISON - The state Department of Natural Resources' board is set to consider next month whether to make the first revisions to the state's invasive species list since it was created in 2009.
