RHINELANDER, CRANDON - The regular season in high school volleyball is getting towards the end. Some teams only have 3 games remaining before taking part in their respective conference tournaments.
One of those - the Rhinelander Hodags were still feeling the sting of defeat after falling to conference foe Tomahawk on Tuesday.
Thursday night, the Hodags hosted Wausau East in a non-conference match. Rhinelander would go on to win the match three games to one.
Elsewhere, in a Northern Lakes Conference meeting. Crandon hosted White Lake on Parents Night. Crandon, who is tied for the conference lead with Wabeno, went on sweep White Lake.
