MILWAUKEE - Great Lakes experts will converge on Milwaukee
this week for a series of conferences.
The sessions will deal with Lake Michigan fisheries, invasive species, harmful algae blooms and climate change.
Discussion will also center on water levels, beach restoration and cleaning up
contaminated sediment.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the University of Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute, the Great Lakes Beach Association are among the sponsors.
The conferences will run from Tuesday
through Friday at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
