MADISON - Gov. Jim Doyle says even though he's raising money for a re-election campaign for a third term, there's still time for him to decide not to run.
Doyle said Tuesday that he is doing everything he needs to do to mount a re-election bid.
He says anyone who is looking at what he's doing can draw their own conclusion about his intentions.
Doyle has a campaign finance director on staff who has been raising money.
The governor had more than $1 million on hand
through the end of June.
His wife, Jessica Doyle, says it's difficult to make a quick decision on a third term because there is still so much left for her husband to do as governor.
She says the next few months will be ``revealing'' about whether he can accomplish what he wants to this year.
