MINOCQUA - A Northwoods Wildlife Center now has a way for you to get a closer look at some of its wildlife.
When you walk into the lobby of the Northwoods Wildlife Center in Minocqua, you might notice something new, a TV.
The TV isn't showing you a prime-time show, it's capturing the action in three different cages at the center.
Right now you're looking at the bear cub cage.
There is also a camera in the fawn cage and eagle cage.
Mark Naniot is the Director of Rehab at the Northwoods Wildlife Center.
He says, "We are a rehab facility. We are not a zoo. So we don't allow the public to view our patients. But of course everyone wants to see our patients. So this is one way they can see our patients without disturbing them."
Naniot says the center plans to put a link on it's Myspace page so that you can look in on the animals from home.
He says they also plan to add cameras to other cages so that people have a chance to see more animals in action.
