Rates are down in all but six of Wisconsin's 72 counties.

Several counties in the northwoods had rates above 10 percent.

Iron County had the highest rate in the state, at 13.1 percent.

Vilas County was at 12.1 percent, Forest County at 10.9 percent, and Oneida County at 10.1 percent
