Alleged drug dealer pleads not guiltySubmitted: 01/31/2014
Story By Lauren Stephenson

RHINELANDER - A Rhinelander woman pled not guilty Friday to dealing drugs.

54-year-old Wendy Hogan appeared in Oneida County Court.

She's accused of planning to sell prescription drugs and providing a place to
distribute those drugs.

She decided to waive her preliminary hearing.

Judge Patrick O'Melia found there is probable cause that Hogan dealt Suboxone
and marijuana.

Suboxone is a medication designed to combat opiate addiction.

Hogan was one of 19 people arrested in an Oneida County drug bust in November.

She'll be back in Oneida County court in April.
