TAYLOR CO. - We now know the names of the hunters involved in a deadly Taylor County Crash.

52-year-old Juan Salinas of Roscoe, Illinois was killed when he was hit by a car.

It happened around 5 pm Friday in Taylor County.

Salinas was with a group of hunters standing on or near County Line road near the border of the Town of Aurora and Town of Pershing.

A car driving at a high rate of speed hit Juan Salinas and 53-year-old Fernando Salinas.

Fernando Salinas, also of Roscoe, Illinois is in serious but stable condition at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

The driver, 42-year-old James L. Winchel of Sheldon, is in stable condition at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire.

The Taylor County Sheriff's office is investigating.

They believe speed and alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
