Medford takes down Rhinelander in back and forth match
RHINELANDER - The Hodag volleyball team hosted Medford in a big GNC matchup tonight.

The Raiders looking to tie Rhinelander in conference with a win. It was an exciting match that went back and forth between the two teams.

Rhinelander led 2-1 but this one went to a game 5 and Medford would come away with the win 3-2.

Katie Berrell had 18 kills and 13 digs for Rhinelander. Brianna Gilbert had 13 kills, Riley Aschenbrenner had 12 kills and six blocks, Lexi Haug had 33 assists and Megan Haug had 15 digs.

IRONWOOD, MI - One person has died in a fire in downtown Ironwood in the Upper Peninsula.

Authorities say two buildings were badly damaged or destroyed early Wednesday, including one with apartments on two floors. Ironwood schools were closed due to poor air quality.

WAUSAU - Gov. Scott Walker sees health insurance premiums going up and insurers leaving Wisconsin's Obamacare marketplaces.

He has a plan he says will help fix both problems.

After touring the new cardiac intensive care unit at Aspirus Wausau Hospital on Tuesday, Walker promoted his plan.

"In my mind, Washington has failed [on health care]. Wisconsin is going to lead," he said.
