Story By Newswatch 12 News Team

WISCONSIN - Members of the public will get a chance to ask state experts questions about Wisconsin's groundwater during an online chat.

The Department of Natural Resources has scheduled the chat for noon on Tuesday.

People can join the chat through the DNR's website or through the agency's Facebook page.

DNR experts will answer questions about the condition of Wisconsin's groundwater, private well use and how people can assure their water is safe for drinking.

More than two-thirds of Wisconsin residents rely on groundwater for drinking.
