Man accused of shooting his cat Submitted: 08/30/2013

Man accused of shooting his cat
MARATHON COUNTY - On Tuesday night, Patrick Wolf's cat peed on the rug.

Then, he took the cat into the garage and shot it.

That's what his wife told police.

They found the cat buried in a shoebox in the yard.

Wolf now faces felony charges in Marathon County.

His wife told police that he's a convicted felon because of a cocaine bust 30 years ago.

That means he legally can't have firearms, but police found three in his house.

Wolf was arrested, but later released on a two thousand dollar bond.

Wolf will be back in court September 4th.
