Million dollar bond in Portage County murderSubmitted: 08/14/2013
Story By Associated Press

PORTAGE COUNTY - A central Wisconsin man being held in the death of his neighbor would need to post 1-million dollars in bond to get out of jail.

A prosecutor in Portage County told a judge Tuesday they believe Jose Luis Flores Aca entered Jamie Koch's apartment in Plover.

She was sexually assaulted before being killed and set on fire in Waupaca County.

The body of the 36-year-old Koch was found by a farmer in a burned vehicle in the Town of Harrison August 7th.

The Portage County District Attorney plans to file several felonly charges including first degree murder.

Flores Aca is due back in court September 3rd.
