Segura still third in All-Star votingSubmitted: 07/03/2013
- Major League Baseball's All-Star voting ends tomorrow night. The Milwaukee Brewers do not have anyone starting as of yet.

But Jean Segura is third among National League shortstops.

Injured Rockies star Troy Tulowitski has over 4-million votes. but Segura trails San Francisco shortstop Brandon Crawford by 300-thousand as of Tuesday.

The All-Star game is July 16th in New York.

NEENAH - The widow of a man killed by police during a standoff at a Neenah motorcycle shop is suing the officers for wrongful death.

In a lawsuit filed Monday, Theresa Mason-Funk says the officers used unnecessary and excessive force when they shot Michael Funk at Eagle Nation Cycles last December.

MADISON - One of Bernie Sanders's biggest supporters in Wisconsin understands why some delegates are not happy with the message the Vermont senator is sending at the Democratic National Convention.

Wisconsin delegate Peter Rickman was in the room Monday for Sanders's speech to his delegates in which he urged them to support Hillary Clinton. That message led to booing from some Sanders supporters.

CRANDON - A Forest County man spent nine months in jail for a gang-related stabbing. Now, 24-year-old Dakota Tuckwab will spend another two years in prison on a sexual assault charge. 

On Monday, Tuckwab pled guilty to third-degree sexual assault after repeated assaults on a 15-year-old girl. He was out of jail serving probation for a stabbing in Mole Lake in 2012.
