Martial Arts school offering low cost classSubmitted: 07/03/2013
Story By Joe Dufek

RHINELANDER - Some folks are interested in martial arts. However, the cost of taking classes can be too much for some.

Beyond Martial Arts in Rhinelander and Minocqua is offering Faith and Character building program. There is no fee, but you can give a donation to the facility. It's for both kids and adults.

"We're bringing Christianity into the martial arts," explains Dr. Jeff Borchardt - owner of Beyond Martial Arts. "It's not going to be a heavy hitting class. It teaches kids morals and humility... There is so many problems with kids getting bullied. This is our way to give back to the community."

Children under 18 will need a signed waiver. There is also a sports massage program being offered at a very low price. Both programs are expected to begin the next few weeks. Contact Beyond Martial Arts for more information.
