Local anglers win PMTT
EAGLE RIVER - We live in one of the best places in the country for fishing. This weekend hundreds of musky fishermen tried their luck in Eagle River.

94 teams took part in the Pro Musky Tournament Trail. They fished on 10 lakes on the Eagle River chain and had lots of success. A total of 59 muskies were caught and released over the 2 days and the biggest one was 47 and a quarter inch! Of course, when I was out there today I didn't see any, but the tournament director told me why this is such a great place for Musky.

Also, the big winners today were local! Jared Adamovich and Jeremy Barber of Eagle River were the only team to boat 4 muskies and took first place.
