One Final Tune Up for the HodagsSubmitted: 05/25/2013
Story By Marisa Silvas

STAFFORD FIELD - The Hodag baseball team took the diamond for one final tune up before regionals. They hosted a double header against Beaver Dam.

Rhinelander fell behind early in game one but got things going in the bottom of the fifth.

Kurt Zuiker belts one to right, it drops and he motors around and slides into third for the lead off triple.

Later in the inning bases loaded for Bryce White. He hits one to left, it's caught but Zuiker comes in on the sac fly to put the Hodags on the board.

Some great defense in the game. Top 6 runner on first.Parker Sadowski with the line drive but Mitch Reinthaler right there and he catches the runner at first for the double play.

But Beaver Dam would hold on for the 9-1 win.
