Antigo Store Sells Powerball Ticket Worth $1 Million
ANTIGO - Somebody in Antigo won $1 million this weekend.

A cashier at Krist Food Mart sold a winning powerball ticket.

But so far, no one has claimed the big prize.

The winning ticket was announced Sunday.

Since then, Krist customers have been asking who won it.

Manager Linda Hemingson said she was surprised to hear the ticket came from her store.

"We're all excited," Hemingson said. "We just want it to be a local person, that would be the best."

Powerball winners could bring their ticket to lottery headquarters in Madison starting today.

They have about six months to claim the money.

A Milwaukee Pick 'N Save also sold a million dollar ticket.

Twelve other tickets around Wisconsin were worth at least $10,000.
