Fleeing Langlade Co. sexual assault suspect captured in CaliforniaSubmitted: 05/15/2013

ANTIGO - An Antigo man who missed a court date in March now sits in jail in California.

58-year-old Edward Fleming was supposed to appear in Langlade County court on March 5th for a child sexual assault hearing, but never showed up.

Tuesday, police found Fleming in Maxwell, California. He's now in jail in Colusa County, waiting to be sent back to Wisconsin.

If he's convicted, Fleming faces 60 years in prison and lifetime supervision.
