Hodag Softball Holds on for Win Over MarshfieldSubmitted: 05/07/2013

RHINELANDER - Softball season is in full swing with Rhinelander hosting Marshfield this evening. Both teams with one victory going in.

Top 6, Hodag pitcher Mara Meyer on fire today. Here she gets one of her 9 strikeouts. Meyer would only allow one basehit.

Top 7th, Marshfield with a runner at third. Hodag catcher Sophie Schmidt is quick to her feet and makes the catch for the final out.

And the Hodags would hold on for the 2-0 win. Rhinelander is now 2 and 4 on the season.
