GREEN BAY - We all know texting and driving can end in a crash.

Now, a new ad campaign starring a student from Three Lakes warns of that danger.

The new "Zero in Wisconsin" messages get their debut this morning in Green Bay.

They star National Texting Champion Austin Wierschke a senior at Three Lakes High School.

They show Wierschke performing amazing physical activities while texting.

He explains that he never texts while driving, because it's too dangerous.

The ads will run all month on television, radio and online.

April is National Distracted Driving Awareness Month.

The state patrol is using the ads to urge drivers to pay attention to what is really important when they are behind the wheel.
