Northland Pines Looking for New Boys Basketball CoachSubmitted: 03/23/2013
Story By Marisa Silvas

EAGLE RIVER - Less than a month ago, the Northland Pines school board passed a motion to keep boys basketball head coach Ryan Clark. Last week, he decided to resign from the position.

I had the chance to speak to Coach Clark earlier today. He told me he really enjoyed his 8 years at Pines. He said he loved the challenge and the chance to impact the kids. Ultimately, Coach Clark said it was a family decision to turn in his resignation. He went on to say he has great memories but is excited for the unknown and is hoping for coaching opportunities in the future.

His stepping down will not affect his teaching at the Phoenix Center, but leaves Pines looking for a new coach.
