Time Limit Waived for Hearing on Heroin ChargesSubmitted: 03/20/2013
Story By Newswatch 12 Newsteam

WAUSAU - Quick action in court, as a man known as 'Q' waives the time limits for his preliminary hearing on Heroin charges.

Police in Wausau found around 10-thousand dollars worth of heroin earlier this month.

Quo Vadas Lewis is charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, and maintaining a drug house.

He's charged as a "repeater" because he's been convicted on felony drug charges within the last 5 years.

Marathon County Deputies found between 10 and 50 grams of heroin.

That's about 170 hits of the drug.

Electronic court records show Lewis waived the time limits for his preliminary hearing in Marathon County this morning.

Lewis' next court date is April 4th.
