RHINELANDER - People living just west of Rhinelander will have a new neighbor who is also a sex offender.

52-year-old Louis Hallock of Crescent will be released from prison next Monday, March 25th.

He was convicted in 1999 on two counts of sexual assault of a child. Hallock approached three different boys between 12 and 14 years old in public. He became friends with the boys and their families. He would also give his victims gifts.

He'll be living on South Fox Ranch Road near the airport when he gets out next week.

Hallock will have to wear a GPS unit for the rest of his life.
