Packers have interest in Jennings, JacksonSubmitted: 03/13/2013
Story By Joe Dufek

GREEN BAY - Greg Jennings Tweeted one word Wednesday. "Patience." That's something he seems to have. Apparantly the Packers do too.

A report on N-F-L.com says the Packers offered Jennings 10-million bucks per year.

The report says that offer happened "a while ago."

Minnesota Vikings were thought to be in the Jennings hunt. But a Twin Cities report says the team won't chase him if the price is too high.

A victim of sorts in this is Packers tight end Jermichael Finley. Green Bay has told Finley he is on the roster and has not been asked to take a pay-cut. That could change if Jennings signs. Add to that the Bears, St. Louis, and Tennessee signed tight ends Tuesday. That eliminates several of Finley's options away from Green Bay.

Late Wednesday night, N-F-L.com reports the Packers and Rams RB Steven Jackson are talking about a 3-year deal. The story goes on to say the talks doesn't mean a deal will be done. However there is some interest.
